A letter from the founder
Like many companies, WaiterOS was born out of frustration at the status quo. The tools and apps for managing reservations were clunky, poorly designed, overpriced, hard to use and constantly let us down.
Last year, we decided it was time to change that and set out to build a platform we would want to use ourselves.
We are a small team of very dedicated people. We obsess over the tiniest details, making our product feel intuitive and a little bit magical. We care deeply about pace and pragmatism. And we’re building a team that’s full of smart and kind people you’d want on your side when things go wrong.
And we will not rest until our app is the very best.
